Scope of application: The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Ella Dangremont, a textile artist registered under SIRET number 804 320 919 00033, and any customer making a purchase on the www.ellad.studio website.

Products: The products offered for sale on the www.ellad.studio website are illustrations and objects created by Ella Dangremont. All the products presented as accurately as possible, however, variations may exist, notably due to the quality of color display on the user's screen.

Prices: Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and exclude delivery charges. As a artist not subject to VAT, no VAT is applicable. (TVA non applicable, article 293B du CGI). Delivery charges are specified during the ordering process. Ella Dangremont reserves the right to modify prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price list in force at the time of ordering.

Ordering: The customer places an order online at www.ellad.studio. The ordering process includes the following steps: selection of products, addition to the basket, verification of the basket, validation of the order, choice of delivery method and payment. The customer will receive an order confirmation by email. The delivery time varies between 1 and 8 days.

PaymenT: Payment for orders is made online, by credit card or any other secure payment method accepted on the www.ellad.studio website.

Delivery: Products are shipped from Biarritz, France to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order process. Delivery times are variable (between 3 and 15 days to France) from order validation. www.ellad.studio cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties. The cost of returning products is borne by the customer.
