GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  • SCOPE: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Ella Dangremont, a textile artist registered under the SIRET number 804 320 919 00058, and any client making a purchase on the site www.ellad.studio.

  • PRODUCTS: The products offered for sale on the site www.ellad.studio include illustrations and objects created by Ella Dangremont. Every effort is made to present the products as faithfully as possible; however, variations may occur, particularly due to differences in color display on users' screens.

  • PRICE: Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges. As an artist not subject to VAT, no VAT applies (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the CGI). Delivery charges are specified during the ordering process. Ella Dangremont reserves the right to modify prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the rates in force at the time of order confirmation.

  • ORDER: Clients place their orders online on the site www.ellad.studio. The ordering process includes the following steps: product selection, addition to cart, cart verification, order validation, choice of delivery method, and payment. Clients will receive an order confirmation by email. Delivery times vary between 1 and 8 days.

  • PAYMENT: Payments are made online by credit card or any other secure payment method accepted on the site www.ellad.studio.

  • DELIVERY: Products are shipped from Biarritz, France, to the delivery address indicated by the client during the ordering process. Delivery times vary from 3 to 15 days in France, from the date of order validation. www.ellad.studio cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

  • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: In accordance with current legislation, clients have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their reasons or pay any penalty. Return shipping costs are at the client's expense.

  • PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION: Information collected during the ordering process is necessary for transaction management and is treated confidentially. In accordance with current regulations, clients have the right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning them.
